In the past, tattoo artists would hand-draw their designs onto stencil paper. They would then use a transfer machine to apply the stencil to the skin. This was a time-consuming process, and it was often difficult to get the design to look exactly like the original drawing. Today, there are computer programs that can quickly and easily create stencils from any design. This has made the process of tattooing much faster and easier for both the artist and the customer.
Professional tattoo artist, Dave Luce shares how he makes his stencils using today’s tools and technology.
